The Group's Corporate Governance

The corporate governance of Aliaxis S.A. is organized through the following bodies :

• A Board of Directors which includes the CEO, Directors representing the shareholders as well as a number of  independent Directors
• Working Committees of the Board of Directors established in accordance with the principles of corporate governance. The committees consist of a Strategy Committee, a Financial Audit Committee, a Remuneration committee and a Selection Committee
• An Executive Committee composed of the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and five Directors of the operating divisions and the Company Secretary. The Chairman of the Executive Committee is the Chief Executive Officer.
