The Aliaxis Group
Aliaxis, a privately held company, has been created on 18 June 2003 as a result of the shareholders’ desire to bring together their interests in plastic solutions for building, sanitary, industrial and public utilities applications in a Group which is completely focused on those activities.
Aliaxis has grown into a global leader providing fluid transport solutions through the progressive gathering of similar companies worldwide. The origins of the Group lay with Etex France, with Nicoll being the first company to join the Group, in 1980. Further major steps in its development include the acquisitions of Marley and Glynwed in 1999 and 2001 respectively, and the split of the Etex Group into Aliaxis and Etex Group back in 2003.
Aliaxis' vision is to be a global leader of plastic solutions for fluid transport within their targeted markets. The Group will continue to grow both organically and through targeted acquisitions. It will continue to focus on both residential and commercial building markets, in new build and renovation, as well as in a wide range of solutions for the industrial and public utility applications.
